Ingredients for Apple Spritz

4cl apple mallow elixir
3cl Prosecco
1cl soda (mineral water)

Preparation time : 5 mins.
Level : easy

Method : mix all ingredients with Process and then over ice
Glass : wine glass
Decoration : apple slice

Preparation of the apple spritz

Pour 4cl Apple Mallow Elixir into a glass with ice.
Add 3cl Prosecco and stir gently.
Add 1cl of soda (mineral water) to fizz the drink.
Garnish the Apple Spritz with an apple slice or a lemon zest as desired.
