- Cremant or sparkling wine

- 4cl apple mallow elixir
- 3cl Prosecco
- 1cl soda (mineral water)

Method : mix all ingredients with Process and then over ice

- 1/2 squeezed lime

The mulled wine herbs and gingerbread spices develop their aromas particularly well pure and warmed. It is also suitable in an aperitif with tonic water or crémant, in hot cocoa, over dessert or in red cabbage with goose.

Thanks to the high herbal note from over 30 monastery herbs and the 7-times distilled wheat alcohol, our gin can be enjoyed neat. Dry or herbal tonics are ideal fillers.
